COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT voor EVO2 voor Toyota Supra JZA80 MK4


De WAGNERTUNING hoogwaardige intercooler heeft een nieuwe competitiekern (Tube Fin) met de volgende afmetingen 700 mm x 300 mm x 155 mm / 27,5 inch x 11,8 inch x 6,1 inch. Deze krachtige kern biedt een 262% groter frontaal oppervlak en 331% meer kernvolume vergeleken met de standaard intercooler.


De gegoten aluminium eindtanks zijn ontworpen in CAD en geoptimaliseerd in CFD-simulaties (voor een ideale interne luchtstroom). De aansluitpositie is 30° naar achteren gekanteld. Het gegoten aluminium is in principe ontworpen voor een aansluitdiameter van 4Inch (Ø102mm) en kan afhankelijk van de wensen van de klant worden aangepast aan de volgende aansluitmaten of -vormen. Speciale vormen en maten kunnen afzonderlijk worden aangevraagd.

Het resultaat is een uitstekende koeleigenschap met een minimale tegendruk. De nieuw ontwikkelde competitie-high-performance kern is zeer licht en zorgt voor voldoende luchtstroom voor de aangrenzende componenten (bijvoorbeeld de waterkoeler). Daarom is deze kit perfect voor racegebruik. Een optimaal koeleffect van de geladen lucht met een aanzienlijke prestatieverbetering!


Al onze producten zijn onderworpen aan een voortdurende kwaliteitscontrole.


Belangrijke opmerkingen voor de installatie:
- geen Plug and Play installatie
- SMIC naar FMIC swap (inclusief al het montagemateriaal voor de intercooler)
- eliminatie van AC-koeler
- expansievat moet worden verplaatst (apart verkrijgbaar in onze winkel)
- koelcircuit voor de stuurbekrachtiging is verplaatst (apart verkrijgbaar in onze winkel)
- opladen pijpen moeten worden aangepast afhankelijk van de intercooler (niet inbegrepen in de set)

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core (Tube Fin) with following dimensions 700 mm x 300 mm x 155 mm / 27,5 Inch x 11,8 Inch x 6,1 Inch. This high-performance core offers an 262 % larger frontal surface and 331 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.


The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). The connection position is angled with 30° to the back. The cast aluminum is basically designed for a connection diameter of 4Inch (Ø102mm) and can be adapted to the following connection sizes or shapes depending on customer requirements. Special shapes and sizes can be requested separately.

The result is a excellent cooling property with a minimal back pressure. The newly developed competition high-performance core is very light and provides the adjoining components (for example the watercooler) enough air flow. That`s why this kit is perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!


All our products are subject to a continuous quality monitoring.


Important notes for the installation:
- no Plug and Play installation
- SMIC to FMIC swap (including all mounting material for the intercooler)
- elimination of AC cooler
- expansion tank have to be repositioned (separately available in our shop)
- cooling loop for the power steering have be repositioned (separately available in our shop)
- charge pipes have to be modified according to the intercooler (not included to the kit)
